L4padel Club membership rules
L4padel Club membership rules
Rules of the L4padel Club loyalty programme
These rules govern membership in the L4padel Club, the earning of L4Points, membership levels and related benefits. L4Points serve solely to determine the membership level. They cannot be used as payment, nor exchanged for a discount, money or goods.
1 Programme operator
The operator of the L4padel Club (the “Club”) is LForP s. r. o., with its registered office at Námestie slobody 7440/13, 811 06 Bratislava – Staré Mesto, Slovakia, Company ID 55 723 080, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, insert No. 172781/B (the “operator”).
The programme is operated through the online store www.lounge4padel.com. Contact e-mail: info@lounge4padel.sk.
2 Start and duration of membership
Membership is free of charge and is created by setting up a customer account and confirming consent to these rules. A member must be a natural person over 18 years of age. One person may hold only one membership account.
The member is responsible for the accuracy of their details and for protecting their login credentials. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. The operator may merge duplicate accounts after reasonable verification of the member’s identity.
The member may end their membership at any time through their account or by a request sent to the contact e-mail. When membership ends, valid points and membership benefits expire; the member will be informed of this consequence before submitting the request.
3 Earning L4Points
A member earns points for purchases made while logged in to their membership account. For every whole €1 of the product price after discounts, the member earns 1 L4Point.
Points are calculated from the product price after all discounts. Shipping, cash on delivery, gift vouchers and other fees are not included in the basis for calculating points.
Points are credited to the membership account 20 days after the order is placed. If the goods are returned, the points earned for the returned goods are deducted from the membership account. If the operator offers bonus or promotional points, the conditions of the specific campaign will be announced in advance.
Points cannot be added retrospectively to a purchase made without logging in.
4 Nature of the points
L4Points are record-keeping points that determine the membership level and access to the benefits of that level. They are not a means of payment, electronic money, a voucher or a standalone discount.
L4Points have no monetary value. They cannot be used to pay for an order or any part of it, exchanged for a discount, money or goods, paid out in cash, sold or transferred to another person.
Membership benefits are provided according to the level reached and the conditions of the specific offer. The number of points alone does not create a claim to any benefit other than the one expressly stated for the relevant level or for a specific membership offer.
5 Validity of points
Each confirmed point is valid for 24 months from the date it is credited. After this period the point automatically expires and no longer counts towards the membership level.
The operator will notify the member of the approaching expiry of points with reasonable advance notice in the membership account or by e-mail.
6 Membership levels
The membership level is determined by the number of valid L4Points recorded in the membership account. After points expire, goods are returned or the price is refunded under Article 8, the membership level may decrease according to the current number of valid points.
- VIP from 100 valid L4Points: early access to new collections.
- A-LIST from 300 valid L4Points: VIP benefits and access to Member-only Sales.
- ALL ACCESS from 500 valid L4Points: A-LIST benefits and access to products that are not part of the regular collection.
The Birthday Sale and other benefits are provided to the extent and under the conditions announced with the specific offer. Neither the level nor a benefit guarantees the availability of a particular product. The operator will clearly announce the details of a benefit, its duration and any limitations before it is used.
7 Return of goods
If a member validly withdraws from the contract and returns the goods, the points earned for the returned goods are deducted from the membership account once the return has been processed. In the case of a partial return of an order, the number of points corresponding to the price of the returned product is deducted from the membership account.
Deducting points must not reduce the amount of money the operator is obliged to refund under the Terms and Conditions and applicable law. If the deduction of points results in a drop in the membership level, the new level is determined by the remaining number of valid points.
8 Complaints and points
Filing a complaint alone has no effect on points. If an accepted complaint is settled by repair or replacement of the goods, the points earned remain unchanged.
If an accepted complaint is settled by withdrawal from the contract and a refund of the price, the points earned for the goods complained about are deducted. In the case of a proportionate discount from the price, the number of points earned is reduced in proportion to the refunded part of the price.
These rules do not in any way limit the consumer’s statutory rights arising from liability for defects or their rights under the Terms and Conditions.
9 Correction of the points balance
If points cannot be deducted in full because they have already expired or the account has been closed in the meantime, the operator will not seek monetary compensation for them. This does not limit the operator’s right to address proven misuse of the programme under Article 10.
A correction of the points balance must not limit the consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from the contract or to file a complaint.
10 Account checks and misuse of the programme
The operator may correct points that have clearly been credited or deducted in error. The operator will inform the member of the correction and its reason in the account or by e-mail.
Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, manipulation of orders, creation of multiple accounts in order to repeatedly claim one-off benefits or other serious misuse, the operator may temporarily suspend the use of points for the time needed to investigate. The operator will inform the member of the reason and give them the opportunity to respond.
Points may be cancelled or membership ended only to an extent proportionate to the proven breach of the rules. The member’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
11 Personal data and communication
The operator processes the data needed to maintain the account, record points, provide membership benefits and handle the member’s requests. Details of the purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and data subject rights are set out in the privacy policy on the website.
Operational messages about the account, points, changes to the rules or the end of the programme are not marketing communication. Promotional e-mails are sent only in accordance with the law and the member’s settings. Unsubscribing from marketing does not in itself end the membership.
12 Changes to the programme and the rules
The operator may change the rules for a serious reason, in particular a change in legislation, the technical solution, the security of the programme or economic conditions. A change must not retroactively remove points or benefits already duly earned without a reasonable cause.
The operator will inform the member of any substantial change at least 30 days before it takes effect, by e-mail or by a notice in the account. If the member does not agree with the change, they may end their membership before it takes effect.
Changes exclusively in favour of members, corrections of obvious errors or changes required by law may take effect earlier where this is proportionate to their reason.
13 Ending the programme
The operator may end the programme for a serious business, technical or legal reason. The operator will announce the closure to members at least 60 days in advance. During this period membership levels and available benefits remain in place under the existing rules, unless the conditions of a specific benefit provide for an earlier end.
After the announced period has elapsed, valid points and membership benefits expire. This rule does not apply where it would conflict with mandatory legislation or a final decision of a competent authority.
14 Complaints and dispute resolution
Questions, requests to correct points and complaints can be sent to info@lounge4padel.sk. The operator will handle them without undue delay.
The consumer has the right to contact the operator with a request for redress. If the operator responds negatively or does not respond within 30 days, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the competent body under the Terms and Conditions. This does not affect the right to bring the matter before a court.
15 Final provisions
Legal relations connected with the Club are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The choice of law must not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
These rules supplement the Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy. In the event of a conflict, mandatory legislation prevails and, in matters of purchase, the Terms and Conditions. The invalidity of one part of the rules does not affect the validity of the remaining parts.
The current wording of the rules is available at www.lounge4padel.com. The member may save or print it.
Effective from 21 September 2026.
